When will I receive my order?

At Cocktail Brand, sustainability is a top priority. All items are Made to Order, which allows us to reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint. While this means the shipping time might be a bit longer than usual, you can feel good knowing that every product is created with sustainability in mind.

Typically, it takes 1-5 business days to fulfill your order before it’s shipped out. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but here’s what you can expect:

• Europe: 6–14 business days
• USA: 3–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. You can calculate your shipping cost by entering your country and region during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for a t-shirt typically range between €4,00 and €11,00, depending on the destination.

Delivery Time

Most destinations have a delivery time of 2-4 business days. However, for certain countries and regions, delivery may take up to 14 business days or even longer.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide:

• EU Orders ship from one of our fulfillment centers in the EU.
• US Orders ship from our facilities in North America.

Will I be charged customs fees?

For international orders, customs or tax fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not in our control and are assessed by your local customs office. We recommend checking with your local authorities for more information.

What happens if I don’t claim my package?

If your package is not claimed at a service point and is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
