Refund and returns policy

How are our products made?

At cocktailbrand.nl, all of our products are custom-made for each order. When you place an order, it is immediately sent to our production partner to be printed and fulfilled. Please ensure that you carefully review your selection before completing your purchase, as we cannot cancel or modify the order once it’s been confirmed. Since all our items are made on-demand, we don’t have the infrastructure to process returns for resale. We appreciate your understanding and support of our made-to-order process.

Returning Products

If you need to return an item, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the product was damaged or faulty upon arrival. Products should be returned as a letter or postal package. You may either return the item by mail or bring it to our return address: Acaciazoom 49, Zoetermeer, Nederland.

What is our return policy?

You have 30 days from the time you receive your order to initiate a return. If your return meets the conditions of our policy, we will process a refund for your purchase within 30 days after receiving the returned item or your request to return a service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To start the return process, please notify us that you would like to return your purchase. The 30-day return period begins on the day you receive your order. For personalized or custom products, the return period starts when you are informed the product is complete.

When a return is not possible:

  • The service you purchased has already begun with your consent.
  • The product is personalized or made-to-order.
  • The product’s safety seal or packaging has been opened.

How to return a product/service:

Please ensure the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered. You may inspect the product, but if it has been used or damaged during inspection, it will no longer be eligible for a return.

Wrong or damaged orders

If we made an error with your order or if it arrived damaged, contact us at info@cocktailbrand.nl with photos of the incorrect or damaged product, and we’ll make it right for you.

Need a different size or color?

At this time, we are not able to process exchanges. To ensure the best fit, please refer to the sizing chart available on each product page. In rare cases, if you receive a mislabeled item, email us at info@cocktailbrand.nl within one week of receiving your order, including your order number and photos, and we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Unclaimed Packages

If you do not pick up your package from the designated service point and it is returned to us, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you think your order may be lost in transit, email us at info@cocktailbrand.nl, and we will assist in locating it. Cocktailbrand.nl cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
